Thank you for choosing Laiyunle. Our magnetic screen products are designed for convenient daily use and easy installation. Please read the instructions below before installation.

Before You Start

  • Please make sure you have selected the correct size for your door or window.
  • Clean and dry the surface before installation to help the adhesive attach properly.
  • For best results, install on a smooth, clean, and dry frame surface.

How to Install a Magnetic Screen Door

  1. Measure your door frame carefully before installation.
  2. Clean the door frame and make sure it is free from dust, oil, or moisture.
  3. Apply the adhesive hook tape evenly along the top and sides of the frame.
  4. Attach the magnetic screen door to the hook tape, starting from the top center.
  5. Adjust the screen so that it hangs straight and the center opening closes naturally.
  6. Press firmly along all edges to secure the screen in place.
  7. If included or needed, use push pins for extra reinforcement on suitable wooden frames.

How to Install a Window Screen

  1. Measure the window opening carefully.
  2. Clean and dry the window frame thoroughly.
  3. Apply the adhesive tape or fastening material around the frame as instructed for your product.
  4. Position the window screen carefully and press it into place evenly.
  5. Check that the screen is smooth, secure, and properly aligned.

Helpful Tips

  • Allow adhesive surfaces to settle properly after installation for better hold.
  • Make sure the magnetic strips are aligned correctly for smooth automatic closing.
  • Do not install on dirty, rough, peeling, or damp surfaces.
  • Keep the screen away from sharp objects that may damage the mesh.

Care and Maintenance

  • Gently clean the screen with a soft cloth or mild cleaning method when needed.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals that may damage the mesh or adhesive materials.
  • Check the attachment points regularly to ensure the screen remains secure.
